weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll reports.
Payroll Tax Deposits and Returns
To insure that your company is in compliance with Federal and
State payroll tax requirements, we will prepare payroll tax coupon
as needed and submit to you for payment.
We will prepare your Federal and State payroll tax returns (i.e. 940,
941, & TWC) for your review and signature.
W-2 and 1099 Filing
We will prepare and file all employee W-2's and 1099's for
independent contractor.
Incorporation Of Businesses
We will prepare all necessary documents to incorporate your
business. Normal processing time is 5-7 days and expedited is
1-3 days.
